The government declares in the 203/2001 (X. 26) edict, on the basis of the 36th paragraph, Law No. LIII of 1995 which is about the general rules of environmental protection, that the sewage emitter is obliged to clean the emitted sewage with the best achievable sewage purification technology according to the water quality requirements valid for the recipient.

In the case of a public sewer recipient, the waste oil and the fat content of the cleaned waste water cannot exceed the 50 mg/l limit value, its 10 minute-settling matter content cannot exceed the 150 mg/l one. While, in case of the superficial live water recipients, belonging to the various water quality protection categories, waste oil and fat content must remain under 2-10 mg/l, and all the suspended matter under 100-200 mg/l.

The REWOX mechanical sewerage treatment small plants, grouped in order in accordance with the wastewater treatment task, can be efficiently applied to separate polluted substances may they be floating or rolled, solid substances having smaller density than water has. Car washes can save a considerable amount of network water using water recycling equipments.
